All JisuLife products come with a 1-Year Local Warranty. If you experience any issues with your product, please contact our customer support team directly for assistance.
If the fan is confirmed to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a 1-to-1 exchange under warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
