Warranty Policy
Coverage for JisuLife products sold through JisuLife Malaysia.
All JisuLife products purchased from authorized sellers are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, it is eligible for a one-to-one replacement. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or other human-related factors.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
You must contact the seller or store where you purchased the product to submit your warranty claim. They will assist you with your warranty process.
If you purchased directly from us, you may contact us with your order number or proof of purchase.
